Company & Operations
Mom's Main Dish LLC is a licensed and insured limited liability company established by it owner, Peggy Baker, in early 2006. The Scottsdale, AZ company operates out of a commercial kitchen with a permit from the Maricopa County Health Department. Peggy was trained by the American Food Safety Institute as a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM), licensed by the Maricopa County Health Department and registered with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.

Hello, I'm Peggy Baker, owner and founder of Mom's Main Dish LLC. I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website and find out more about our healthy & convenient homemade meal delivery.
As a kid growing up in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, AZ in the '70's & '80's, I always enjoyed my mom's delicious nightly homemade dinners. Well, mom's knack for cooking rubbed off on me, and now I'm a mom myself, making and sharing homemade meals like mom used to make--but much healthier with the organic, natural and health-conscious ingredients important to us today.
I hope you enjoy the homestyle recipes I have developed over the years with inspiration from my mom's delicious homemade cooking. You will even find some of the originals I grew up with (made healthier of course!) in the mix. Everything we make is prepared with great care by me and my fellow Mom's Main Dish cooks in a real (albeit large) kitchen with no mass production factory equipment in sight. I invite you to taste what a difference our real homestyle way of cooking and premium natural and organic ingredients make in our delicous homemade dishes.
