RE: DELIVERY POLICY Rev. 8/4/07
To Our Valued Customers:
First of all, thank you for
ordering Mom’s Main Dish Homemade Delivery!
The purpose of our delivery
policy is to ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of your Mom’s Main
Dish order.
Your agreed upon delivery
window for Mom’s Main Dish will be the same for each week you order unless a
change in time is discussed. Please let
us know by the Thursday prior to your next delivery if you need this delivery
window or your delivery location to change.
In the event that no one is
at the pre-determined delivery point (home or office) to receive your delivery
during your delivery window, an ice chest with your order and ice packs will be
left at your door, and we will make every attempt to notify you as soon as
possible if this occurs. Please note
that, if you do not have a Mom’s Main Dish delivery scheduled for the following
Tuesday, a charge of $30 will apply for
any ice chests and ice packs left at a customer’s location during their
delivery window (and they are then the customer’s to keep). If you do have a delivery scheduled for the
following Tuesday, the ice chest/ice packs charge will not apply if you leave
the ice chest/ice packs out on your front porch, clearly labeled “For Mom’s
Main Dish”, to be picked up when that week’s order is delivered to you during
your regular delivery window. Please
note that, although the ice packs may safely cool the food in the ice chests
for a short period, Mom’s Main Dish cannot take any responsibility for the
safety or quality of food left in ice chests in these instances.

planning of a wide variety of delicious entrees; to the choosing of the best
natural, organic and health-conscious ingredients; to the homemade cooking;
and, ultimately, to the safe delivery of the freshest, best tasting homemade
and healthy main dishes possible for your convenience and enjoyment.
